2025 Santa at the Studio – Pictures with Santa Louisville, KY
Santa is visiting us from the North Pole for our exclusive 2025 Santa at the Studio event in Louisville, KY, on Saturday, November 8th!
Skip the long lines & bring your child(ren) for a special and personal meeting with Santa and remember these sweet and funny moments in a MAGICAL way! Reservations are required, and sessions are 3-5 minutes (the perfect amount of time for most children).
**Each Santa session is for children (siblings in same household) only. If you have 3 children or more, you must book 2 spots.

Your Santa Experience Includes:
In addition to a magical visit with Santa, you’ll receive:
- Four digital images
- Option to add on digital and printed Christmas cards (you loved these last year, and the elves are hard at work with designs for 2025!)
When do I book my 2025 Santa Session?
Santa will be at the studio for a VERY LIMITED time (just 30 sessions available). He’s a popular guy, and Mrs Claus needs him back home that afternoon.

Registration Opens Saturday, Sept 19:
Sessions will be released to current and past clients first.
- Priority Access – 8:00pm – Baby’s First Year clients & Families who’ve scheduled two+ newborn sessions
- 9:00pm – Single Session Clients
- 9:30pm – Past Santa Guests and Public
How do I book my 2025 Santa Session?
The elves will email past clients with an early booking pass link to give you first dibs on a Santa session.
(If we have any remaining times available, after 9:30 we will post them to our Instagram stories.)
Health & Wellness Policy
Strict no sick policy. Our highest priority is a wonderful experience while also keeping your family, my family, our newborn clients, our elf, and Santa healthy and working. All clients should be healthy for a full 72 hours prior with zero symptoms of illness without the assistance of medications. If you have been in contact with anyone who is ill or you have even the tiniest symptoms of illness, please do not attend. Our studio reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone.
