Santa at the Studio Returns November 14, 2026
Santa is making his nice list and preparing for one of your favorite days of the year – Santa at the Studio!
Our annual photos with Santa will take place on Saturday, November 14th, 2026 at Julie Brock Photography in Louisville, KY.
This annual event has become a favorite holiday tradition for many Louisville families, and as you know, sells out faster than Santa can hop into his sleigh.
Skip the long lines and bring your child(ren) for a special and personal meeting with Santa and remember these sweet and funny moments in a MAGICAL way!
Reservations are required, and sessions are 3-5 minutes (the perfect amount of time for most children).

How Booking Works – The Dates You Need to Know
Santa at the Studio is a limited-ticket event with just 35 sessions available, and booking opens in stages.
Current clients get first dibs on reserving a session. Any remaining sessions are then offered to families who have attended Santa at the Studio in previous years. If openings remain, they will be released to the public. The elves will email past clients with an early booking pass link to give you first dibs on a Santa session.

VIP Client Early Booking
- Friday, Sept 18th, 8:00pm – priority access for Baby’s First Year & multiple newborn session clients
- Saturday, Sept 19th, 8:00pm – single session clients
Past Santa Families Early Booking
- Saturday, Sept 19th, 8:00pm
Public Booking
- Sunday, Sept 20th, 4:00pm
*Each Santa session is for children (siblings in same household) only. If you have 3 children or more, you must reserve 2 spots.

VIP families receive first access, followed by past Santa families. Any remaining openings are then offered to the public.
What should my children wear?
To make this extra easy for you, the elves will send a link with clothing ideas that will photograph well for Santa photos.
Health & Wellness Policy
Strict no sick policy. Our highest priority is a wonderful experience while also keeping your family, my family, our newborn clients, our elf, and Santa healthy and working. All clients should be healthy for a full 72 hours prior with zero symptoms of illness without the assistance of medications. If you have been in contact with anyone who is ill or you have even the tiniest symptoms of illness, please do not attend. Our studio reserves the right to refuse admittance to anyone.
