Newborn Photography Taylorsville KY

Meet Opal. She’s the newest addition to the family, and full of sweet smiles and squishy baby goodness. As the youngest of three siblings, she is cherished beyond measure. I met their family six year ago when their son was born. Since then, they’ve reached out with baby two, and now again with baby three. It’s always an honor when families ask me to photograph their first, second, and third babies. And I always love creating a newborn album for each child to have that’s their very own. For each session, they joined us at our Louisville KY studio which is designed to create images that feel a bit more lifestyle and less “studio-ish.” It’s perfect for families in Louisville, and it’s close enough for newborn photography for families in areas such as Taylorsville, Mt Washington, New Albany, or Crestwood.

During every newborn session, my goal is to capture those frame-worthy images. But I also capture all of those in between moments and those incredible up close details of babies that you love so much. It makes for the perfect blend of fun and memorable images! And they look great in an album. Here are two sample pages we created for Opal. Every parent I work with says having a page just for their baby’s details is their favorite.

Here’s a great example of how we blend posed images so they also don’t feel stiff and awkward. This is also part of Opal’s album.
